The Georgia Tech Industrial Design Alumni Association strives to establish and strengthen lifelong personal, intellectual, and professional connections among its members, to serve the school and the community of practice and to reinforce the link between Industrial Design alumni and the College of Industrial Design.
Launchpad is the platform for exhibiting the breadth of designs from Georgia Tech’s industrial design students. This event stands as a demonstration of their talent, creativity, and commitment to human-centered design. Over time, it has evolved into a notable assembly, uniting students, faculty, alumni, industry professionals, and design enthusiasts. We welcome anyone interested in exploring how design can enhance the human experience.

We will learn about Timberland footwear designer, Trey Williams’ journey from the Georgia Tech Industrial Design program to a Footwear design professional.
